Agency Owner & Senior Insurance Advisor Howard started his insurance career working with Liberty Life insurance for 3 year in 1988. In 1991 he decided to work with Farm Bureau insurance and was there until he opened his own agency in 1999. The Shanley Insurance Agency has helped individuals, families & small business owners across Upstate South Carolina make confident decisions about their insurance and financial protection. Led by Howard Shanley, an experienced life and health insurance specialist with over 35 years in the industry, our agency focuses on making insurance easier to understand and less stressful to choose.
